1.10.1. Create a Blank Presentation
Click the Office button, and then click New.
The New Presentation dialog box appears. Click Blank Presentation. Click Create.
A new blank presentation appears in the PowerPoint window.
1.10.2. Create a Presentation with a Template
Click the Office button, and then click New.
Click the Blank and recent category to open recently used templates. Click Create
1.10.3. Open a Presentation
Click the Office button, and then click Open.
Click the PowerPoint file you want, and then click Open
Or click the Open button arrow, and then click: Open Read-Only, Open as Copy, Open in Browse, Open and Repair.
1.10.4. Mark a Presentation as Final
Click the Office button, point to Prepare, and then click Mark as Final.
1.10.5. Enable editing for a presentation marked as final
Click the Office button, point to Prepare, and then click Mark as Final again to toggle off the Mark as Final.
1.10.6. Send a Presentation for Review Using E-Mail
Click the Office button, point to Send, and then click E-mail, E-mail as PDF Attachment, or E-mail as XPS Attachment.
1.10.7. Send a Presentation by Internet Fax
Click the Office button, point to Send, and then click Internet Fax.
1.10.8. Inspect a Document
Click the Office button, point to Prepare, and then click Inspect Document.
Select the check boxes: Comments and Annotations. Document Properties and Personal Information. Custom XML Data. Invisible On-Slide Content. Off-Slide Content. Presentation Notes. Click Inspect.
And then review the results of the inspection.
Click Remove All for each inspector module to remove hidden data and personal information.
Click Close.
1.10.9. Set PowerPoint which view you want to open your document
Choose Office button |PowerPoint Options |Advanced.
Scroll down to the Display section of the page.
From the "Open all documents using this view" drop-down menu, choose a view option.
