1.8.1. Browse Through Slides or an Outline
In Normal view, click the Outline.
       Click the Up scroll arrow or Down scroll arrow to scroll line by line.

1.8.2. Move a Slide Using Cut and Paste
In the Outline view, select the slide(s). 
       Click the Cut button on the Home tab.

1.8.3. Rearrange a Slide in the Outline Pane
Select the slide(s) icons.
       Drag the selected slide up or down to move it to a new location.

1.8.4. Collapse and Expand Slides in the Outline Pane
Select the slide text.
       To collapse, right-click the slides, point to Collapse, and then click Collapse, or Collapse All.
To collapse selected or all slides, right-click the slides, point to Collapse, and then click Collapse, or Collapse All.

To expand, right-click the slides, point to Expand,

1.8.5. Enter Text in the Outline Pane
In the Outline pane of Normal view, click to place the insertion point.
       Type the title text you want, pressing Enter after each line.

1.8.6. Add a Slide in the Outline Pane
In the Outline pane of Normal view, click at the end of the slide text.
       Click the Home tab, click the New Slide button arrow, and then click a layout.

In the Outline view, select the slide. 
       Press Delete, or click the Delete button in the Slides group on the Home tab.

In Outline pane, right-click a slide icon, and then click Show Text Formatting.
